Codex of the Infinite Planes

I've basically decided to write a "Manual of the Planes" type-thing (with each plane detailed having a "Derivation" section, as per that Open Content Planes thing I put together earlier).  I was trying to figure out what I'd call it . . . and then I noticed that the Codex of the Infinite Planes is in the Revised System Reference Document.  Well, then, what else could I possibly call it?
