"Automatic success. Third-party publisher take [Total Investment] financial damage."
Seriously. If you publish in print under this license, you're asking WotC to hose you. If you even do big, long, involved PDFs with art, you're asking to get hosed, too. Keep your products short, keep them cheap, and remember, you can't include statblocks for Monster Manual creatures in your adventures.
