Apr. 14th, 2004 09:09 pmOf course, it's April. I'm always oversensitive in April.
OED Second Edition CD-ROM Version 3.0 arrived today.
I note that I haven't mentioned I was wrong, below; GMail is legit. I will note that the press release was suspicious enough that Google had to repeatedly explain to calling reporters that it was for real.
Keyboard files for Win2000/XP web-sub-site >< close to being launched. A Mac-style keyboard layout, a basic "US layout with Spanish support via AltGR" layout, and two lots-of-odd-characters superset of the "US layout with Spanish support"; one just pure AltGr, the other with superscript and subscript non-letter characters accessed through an SGCAPS modifier. Am considering a dead-key variation sans AltGr for the US with Spanish, too.
